| At Pour Horse Pottery, owner Joan Berkwitz has some fine artists creating the horses, pins and T-shirts designs offered. Learn about the individual artists, without whom the pottery could not exist. |
| Kristina Lucas | |
| Formerly known
by her maiden name of Kristina Lucas, Kristina's sculpture has made up the early body of
Pour Horse products. Kristina has also produced her own wares under the name of Lucas
Studio, now LucasFrancis Studios. You can find information on some of her old wares in the View Halloo gallery. |

| Adalee Velasquez | |
| Adalee is the
decorating artist for the black sabino coloring on the Clydesdale pin (sculpted by
Kristina Francis). Her latest sculptural work for the pottery is a Pony Foal head pin. She
also originated and holds the annual Bring Out Your Chinas show. Velasquez Artistry is Adalee's new web site. |

| Carol Williams | |
| One of the most
noted hobby artists, Carol started the fascination for resin editions with her sculpture
QH1. The interesting thing is, Carol had originally considered making QH1 in ceramic. Now,
having sold a copyright of her resin foal sculpture "Okie Rio" to the pottery,
we finally see her work in clay. Red Okie Clay has the honor of being the first foal mass
produced by Pour Horse as well as being the first Appaloosa and the largest piece Pour
Horse has yet produced. More of Carol's artistic talents and sculpture may be seen at her site Rio Rondo. |

| Sarah Rose | |
| Artist Sarah
Rose has made quite an impact on the hobby with her very popular resin releases and will
now have a piece released by Pour Horse, the new mini or thumb size Dales Pony, Hadrian. You can see more of Sarah's work at Rose Studios. |

| Donna Chaney | |
| Well known in
the hobby in both the USA and Europe, Donna Chaney has been releasing resin editions for
some time. Recently, she has joined with Alchemy Ceramics to produce a line of fine bone
chinas. Having long admired her work, the pottery requested a copyright for ceramic and
Donna graciously produced the mini Boxing Shire. While this mini has yet to be released,
it is planned for the future. Visit both the Animal Artistry and AAA bone china sites! |

| Joan Berkwitz | |
| Last but hardly
least, Joan is the person behind the airbrush! Without her talent here, the Pour Horse
pieces would not have the beautiful rich finishes that they do. While few may know it,
Joan also sculpts and created many of the early Pour Horse renaissance faire wares. While
initially, she did not do a lot of customizing, lately she's developed her skill even
further and has created a number of lovely pieces. In addition, Joan has collaborated with other sculpting artists and created a few artist editions where some are painted for (or by) the sculpting artist and some are painted by Joan. For what information I have on these editions, please visit the Artist Pieces portion of the View Halloo Gallery! |
